This Nitinol spring is calibrated to an activation temperature of 30°C. The spring diameter is 2.5 cm and its length is 2.5 cm. It has 14 coils and a wire diameter of 0.25 mm. The spring is suitable for use with the heat provided by human body temperature. A product we created based on this activation temperature was a smart shirt whose sleeves rise thanks to Nitinol when body temperature increases, thereby cooling us down.
