Oxide provides thermal treatment services at temperatures up to 600°C, designed primarily to impart shape memory to Nitinol. In addition, Oxide will supply the appropriate mold specifically designed for building the Nitinol prototype and the raw material of course.
After the thermal treatment, the memory will be tested in practice using the exclusive incubator we manufactured, which tests the Nitinol output at a controlled temperature. It is also possible to simulate the operation in a small scale model on demand.
